For the guys:
Shave your face.

For people on the shy side, this can be extremely difficult, but it's not impossible. Slow down and take it one step at a time. Start out by making short bursts of eye contact with someone you already know, and then build up to eye contact with strangers. After a while, looking people in the eye will feel like second nature!

While in the public eye, avoid slumping along like you're hiding from the world. Instead, hold your eyes and head up, keep your shoulders back, and relax. Doing so will instantly make you appear more confident to those around you, which is a huge part of being viewed as attractive.

Relax. Take a deep breath. In the words of recording artist Regina Spektor, "People are just people. They shouldn't make you nervous." The more you are able to relax and open up to people, the more attractive you'll become. It can take time, but it's worth it!

al kisah shopping~~ bulan lepas puna neh...,,
gaahh... this time its quite different man. ahahaha.. thnks to kerajaan coz bg kitorang baucer buku rm250 ea... sekolah menengah lau xsilap rm200...,, haha... dipendekkan cerita,, hari tuh sa p kk coz mau blik papar...jd smbil tggu2 bp sa smpi d wawasan,, sa p usha2 buku d kdai satu neh... dia bilang buli beli2 apa2 aja d cne guna tuh baucer...jd sa pun hepylah... nahh antara brg2 yg sa kasih hbs...,,
neh yg sa beli d koperasi ums...kuang3.. jersey tuh the last one..plg kecik.yg lain sumanya
agayo ! saja mau cukupkan rm50 baini..
buku2 crita islamik sa balun..hahah :p mostly i bought yg bestseller puna.;p
